How does it work
After starting their return online, shoppers bring their items to a Return Bar® location of their choice, without needing to package or print anything.
Every item in the return is scanned and verified using our patent-pending process, ensuring the correct items and number of items are present. Returned items are sealed into a labeled bag, which is tracked as it travels back to the retailer.
As soon as the return is approved, the shopper’s refund or exchange is initiated, and they receive an email confirmation. This reduces ‘Where is my refund?’ calls.
Returns from all retailers are consolidated and shipped together to the closest regional Return Hub.
When returns arrive to our regional Hubs, they are sorted by retailer, boxed, palletized, and shipped in bulk with advanced shipping notice to the retailer.
Compared to receiving thousands of individual return packages, our consolidated, bulk shipments helping improve efficiency of restock upon arrival, saving time and money.
